A working trip to Gainesville, Florida, earlier this year has led to a new chapter for Jedborn Motorsport. While working for Randy Meyer Racing, the team had the opportunity to meet with Maxima Racing Oils. What started as a conversation about racing, performance, and the technical demands of drag racing, quickly developed into discussions about the future of the sport in Europe.
With the availability of racing lubricants becoming increasingly challenging for many European teams, both parties recognized an opportunity to strengthen access to products specifically developed for high-performance motorsport applications. The result is a new partnership that will see Jedborn Motorsport become a European dealer for Maxima Racing Oils Performance Auto.
Having used Maxima products and experienced their performance firsthand, the team believe the collaboration is a natural fit. More importantly, it reflects a shared commitment to supporting racers with the products and technical knowledge required in one of motorsport's most demanding environments.
What began with a meeting in the pits at Gainesville Raceway has grown into a partnership that both sides hope will contribute positively to the continued growth and development of European drag racing.
The Jedborn Motorsport A-Fuel Dragster, driven by Tina Høst Nedregård and tuned by Daniel Jedborn, is the number three in the current standing of the 2026 FIA European Top Methanol Championship. Next race of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship is the Summit Racing Equipment Internationals at Tierp Arena, Sweden, August 6-9. Although Jedborn Motorsport are located in the very north of Sweden, the second round of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship at Tierp Arena is their home race.
